I would recommend erecting a Beacon on the eastern rock and another on the outer edge of the reef which extends from the point between the Sywan bays. I would also advise placing beacons on the rock off Chung Chow and the sunken reef off the north west extreme of the Lamma island.

Buoys.

I do not think that any buoys are necessary to ensure safe navigation, but it might be found desirable to place buoys on the edge of the Mollett bank.
